Works similarly to most cleansers in that you use a bit of water to lather it and then use on your face. Smells a bit like washing powder for clothes to me.

I have the wrinkle spot version from the skincare box last time and really enjoyed it so I was happy to get this one, since I was looking into whitening products recently.

Can never have too many sprays!! :) it looks like it has oil mixed in it though when used there is no oily feeling. Its scent is also very light, quite like this!

I have the full size of the cleanser from the cooling box, though i haven't used it yet since I have sooo many other cleansers as well but its nice to have a sample of it for some random try out before I open the full size one :)

My Experience

Eye patches:
These oddly burn for me, occasionally it doesn't but most the time it burns so I often can't use it for longer than 2-3 mins. I'm not sure why it burns sometimes and why it doesn't sometimes? it doesn't break me out or give me rashes or anything, it just burns - not sure if its just me...

In the odd occasion where I can use this for 30 mins it does leave my dark circles looking a bit brighter and hydrated but not by a lot.

Like many have mentioned, the shape is a bit awkward and the essence makes the patches slide about if there's too much on it.

Spot patches:
I don't think it does much for my spots (& my little sister's spots). It doesn't reduce the size or redness of my spot, it just hydrates it a bit. Nothing "WOW"

Eco-friendly:
These patches can be dissolved in hot water and then used as a essence. I liked this idea which is why I brought it. I have read that they take a long amount of time to dissolve but if you cut them into smaller piece it dissolves rather fast.

The patches have gold & glitter in them and after dissolving the patches - if you leave the essence to sit for a while, all the gold and glitter sinks to the bottom. For me, it puts me off from using it.... because of the glitter, I can accept the gold particles just not glitter.

Repurchase?
No, can't really use these. Don't think these are for me.

My experience

It is designed to be used the same way as a nose blackhead strip - wet the skin & place the patch on your skin, wait for it to dry and peel off. I liked the idea of it but I feel like it was made without being tested..... because it doesn't actually work very well.... In terms of sticky-ness, a blackhead nose strip has a stronger grip/sticky-ness than this facial waxing patch.

This is the first time I've attempted to remove my lip hairs and my hairs are quite thin to the point it is not very visible so I don't think it was a problem of the thickness of my hairs. The patch is just not very good for me. Since I already brought it I may as well use it up & I noticed that it gets better the more you use it (not by much though)

1st-2nd stripe: nothing
3rd-4th stripe: 2 around the center lip part
5th stripe: 5 on the right part of the lip
6th stripe: 8 (4 on each side of the lip)
7th stripe: 2 on the left part of the lip
8th stripe: 10 (5 on each side of the lip)
9th stripe: 6 (3 on each side of the lip)
10th stripe: 5 (2 on the right & 3 on the left side)

After using up all the patches, the total strands of hair it managed to remove sounds like quite a bit but in reality is really isn't since I only use them once a week. Visually, there isn't any change from before I used it.

The packaging & the design of the patches are really cute just like their description but it does not work very well....
