Works similarly to most cleansers in that you use a bit of water to lather it and then use on your face. Smells a bit like washing powder for clothes to me.

Can never have too many sprays!! :) it looks like it has oil mixed in it though when used there is no oily feeling. Its scent is also very light, quite like this!
